Advertising Photography Helps Benjamin Moore Make a Splash
The name Benjamin Moore may speak for itself, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t looking to make a splash with their advertising. In preparation for their national campaign, Benjamin Moore reached out to NativeHouse to collaborate on a photoshoot that would showcase the luxury and sophistication that their color range has to offer.
Colorful and Credible
Swatch shots are so yesterday – for this campaign, Benjamin Moore knew they needed to think outside the box. Advertising photography focused on the faces of design, using in-space images of the designers to bring life and dimension into the campaign, which ran nationally in Luxe Magazine in 2023.
Dark Side of the Room
Lighting is always a priority and challenge when capturing interior design photography, but when colors are basically the client, maintaining consistent lighting and color accuracy is vital. Amy used a combination of natural and off-camera lighting to ensure that every color was as vibrant and luxurious as the paint can it came from.
Celebrating Collaboration
We believe good design is worth celebrating, and this advertising photography shoot for Benjamin Moore was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the designers who make it all happen. This campaign captured the stories of these designers while elevating the Benjamin Moore brand and reaching a national audience to reinforce Benjamin Moore’s position as a leader in the paint industry.
