PR Assist Membership
$450 Monthly Retainer
Our PR Assist Membership is designed for interior designers looking to gain consistent media exposure. As a member, we’ll handle all aspects of pitching your projects to our network of trusted editors and publications.
This monthly retainer covers:
Writing and editing a custom pitch for your project
Targeted outreach to digital and print media outlets
Ongoing follow-ups and submission management
If your project is selected for publication—whether a single room feature or a full home tour—an additional publishing coordination fee (outlined above) will be invoiced upon confirmation. This fee covers our time spent providing final assets, coordinating approvals, and working directly with editors through the production process.
Note: While we use our experience and relationships to maximize your visibility, publication is not guaranteed. The retainer reflects the time and labor involved in representing your work, regardless of outcome.
Our Process
Step One
Complete Our Project Details Questionnaire
We will provide you with our project details questionnaire, which gathers all the essentials to help us craft a compelling pitch.
Step Two
The Pitch
After receiving your project details, we immediately get to work! Our goal is to secure a feature for your project in one exclusive outlet. We pitch to one outlet at a time and wait for a response before moving on to the next. We will pitch to up to five outlets. For more information, please refer to our FAQ.
Step Three
Confirmation
Once an editor confirms they want to publish your project, we will coordinate any necessary interviews and manage the entire process from start to finish, including sending you the press feature once it’s published.
FAQs
-
Up to five outlets total with the goal of getting you one exclusive placement.
-
The timeline can range from a week or two to several months, depending on various factors, including the targeted outlets (with print media generally taking longer). We aim to place your project as quickly as possible, but the process requires time and our goal is to secure the best possible placement for you.
-
Digital features generally have a quicker turnaround, typically taking one to two months depending on the publication schedule. Print features are scheduled much further in advance, often a year to a year and a half ahead.
-
Numerous factors beyond our control influence a magazine's decision to accept or decline a project. However, you can still use your photos for your portfolio, advertising, award submissions & social media content.
